The following are the steps required to rapidly set up agents to work remotely from home.

PREPARATION BEFORE INSTALLATION
 

  1. The ChaseData Agent Application requires a Microsoft Windows 8.1 or Microsoft Windows 10 computer that meets the minimum ChaseData specifications.
     

  2. The Microsoft Windows 8.1 or Microsoft Windows 10 computer used must be connected to a broadband Internet connection using an Ethernet cable, and meet network setting requirements.
     

  3. Microsoft Windows 10 computers must NOT be in S Mode. Click here for instructions.
     

  4. TCP 943, 4530, 4531 and TCP / UDP port 5060*, 8000-8005, 10000-50000 ports must be "open" in the firewall.
     

  5. Disable SIP ALG, in the router/modem firewall configuration or any other method allowed by your specific router. 
     

  6. The agent must be provided with his or her user-id and password by a American Energy Group administrator, supervisor or manager.
     

  7. The Administrator must provide an installation link, allowing the agent to download the ChaseData Agent Application.
